What to do:

• Create 3D models from drawings  in 3DsMax.
• Be proficient in reading drawings.
• Prepare models for Unreal Engine 4

What you need to know:

• Have a relevant experience modeling in 3DsMax.
• Work from drawings in 3DsMax.
• Basic knowledge in Autocad.

Would be a plus:

• Have an architectural background.
• Rendering in V-ray or Corona.
• Have experience in UE4.
